St. Anne's Parish Day School provides children with a caring, nurturing environment in which they can learn, socialize, and develop spiritually, emotionally, and cognitively. At St. Anne's, children build confidence in themselves while establishing a firm educational foundation. Hands-on educational centers provide children time to learn through exploration. Teacher directed activities allow for development of specific skills. Music classes encourage creative expression and music appreciation. Weekly worship services with the Rector of St. Anne's Episcopal Church introduce children to Christian teachings and help them to become comfortable in a church setting.

COVID UPDATE: *A temperature of 100.4 or higher results in a student sent home and cannot return for a minimum of 24 hours without a fever and without taking fever reducing medicines. *Everyone entering the Day School building will sanitize or wash their hands. Hand sanitizing and washing will be done periodically throughout the day by all students/staff. *We recommend anyone with a cold or cough to please wear a face covering until symptom free. *Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing using EPA certified cleaners will be enacted on a daily basis. *High Touch areas will be cleaned daily. UPDATED COVID protocol: If you test positive for COVID: Isolation for 5 days and if asymptomatic or symptoms are resolving, follow by 5 days of wearing a mask. Students may return after the 5 day isolation period as long as they have not had a fever for 24 hours. Students must also wear a mask for 5 additional days while in school. Quarantine for Exposure to COVID: Individual contact tracing and exclusion from school after an identified exposure (regardless of location of exposure) is no longer recommended statewide in K-12 schools, effective February 21, 2022. covid19.ncdhhs.gov *Students who have close contact with the COVID positive student will not have to quarantine UNLESS they develop symptoms. If they develop symptoms, then said student will need to be quarantined for 5 days OR can return to school after a negative COVID test, whichever occurs first. *Parents will be notified if any student tests positive for COVID and can choose to keep their exposed child home for the 5 day quarantine period. Keeping your child home is not mandatory. |
